Link Community Development helps to develop school management committee training in Ghana.
The Education Management of the Talensi Nabdam district under which Kongo Primary School falls asked LCD for support with the training of school management committees (SMCs).
LCD Ghana is implementing quality school management committee training for 15 primary schools in the Kongo Circuit, including the Kongo primary school.
The Kongo Circuit, which is situated in the Talensi Nabdam district was chosen for this pilot training scheme due to its limited SMC funding.
